Not a bad (None-Hobby-Grade) RC
First its cheap if your interested in rock crawlers then this may be ideal. I have a traxxas stampede and a helion conquest this does not come anywheres close to them so keep your expectations low. At somewhere around 50 bucks this loud as hell little rock crawler slowly climbs over rock tree branches, shrubs, dirt pits (Not mud this is not waterproof nor resistant) this is a very good looking rc but has its shabby points but will give you a great first time experience with a rc rock crawler and its cheap enough to be destroyed by the children yay! Decent truck for the money
I purchased this truck knowing full well it was not a hobby grade crawler. I own a couple crawlers and just wanted something to motor around the house without fear of breaking my more expensive ones. First off, it was bigger than I was expecting it to be. It is geared way to fast to be much use as a crawler. Added to the fact that the steering radius is far too big, making maneuvering on a crawler course virtually impossible. Great bang for the buck
The throttle is porportional but the steering is not, it's either all the way right or left. The steering dosent turn very sharp either. The tires are very decent. The gear ratio is good for speed and crawling. Not super slow but not super fast. Item loses 1 star for poor steering but otherwise great for the money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
