    The TK8180 arrived programmed as requested with a new DC cord and a mic in good condition. However the speaker did not work. Once I plugged in an external speaker everything worked great. I notified the seller of this and he said he would swap it out, but never made an effort to do so. A week later I decided to just keep the radio. On shipping- I ordered on Dec 27 and a shipping label was created that day, but wasn't shipped until Jan 9. Seller said staffing low during holidays.
