    This was a piece I really, really wanted, so I was excited to get it at what I thought was a fairly good deal. In the photos and description, the seller disclosed that there was a chip on the lid. However, when I got the piece, there was a really big chip on the kettle itself that was not described or disclosed. I contacted the seller who seemed completely unconcerned. They did offer to let me send it back, but I’m disappointed in the lack of transparency.
