I was pleased with the Kenmore "400Series" vacuum received. It appears well made and designed and performed well when tried. . The advertised vacuum was not '400 Series' but Kenmore "Elite". I asked the seller about the confusing wording and was told that Elite and 400Series are the same product. ? I don't want to make buying decisions with unclear ambiguous information as it is difficult to compare prices. I hope the seller corrects any similar ads.

Very easy and effective vacuum cleaner
Very light but effective vacuum cleaner. Love that it has a HEPA filter and bag. I don't like to empty those dirty dust cups and getting all those particles back into the air. I've only had the vacuum for a little over a week, so I haven't emptied the bag using the hands-free button, but I'm sure it will be a simple process.
