Ordered and received 2 steps but both were missing page 2 of 3 of the installation instructions. Contacted Amp research who were rude and not helpful. Found the needed instructions online but not on Amp researches website. Then after installing per instructions was unable to make all pieces work. Modified instructions but trial and error to make work. Took about 4 hours to get the 1st step right. Step is too far forward to be of much utility.
