Seller is very dishonest, after I bought the excavator I received a message saying it was a pre order sale and it would ship in 4 weeks. Then they ok said it would be 2-3 more weeks. Lastly they said the port of Houston was flooded and it’s be 2-3 weeks. I called the port and it was a lie. They tried to switch me into a different excavator that was almost double the price. When I caught them lying they admitted they don’t even have the excavator they sold me even after 7 weeks. BUYER BE WARE. J

We offered you a better machine that wa in stock and ready to ship, however you declined. We offered you a discount for the delay / free shipping or gave you the option to cancel the order at any time. We did our best to work with you and find other solutions. Since this was an overseas shipment we explained the delays and situation and made sure to give updates.

I am just getting familiar with with this Rippa Texas excavator, but it arrived in good condition, all fluids were included, with just a little bit of gas. It started first time. Shipping went fine, although it wasn’t delivered where I wanted it, but to my home city, which is 100 miles further. I also ordered some other attachments and they are being shipped separately despite me requesting they hold shipment until they had everything. But with free shipping that cost is all on the seller.
