Which of course meant I couldn't put the sim card in rendering it useless. But I returned it without isssue. I wanted/asked them to send a different one instead of refunding my money but once they got it back they sent the refund. Which is fine. All in all an ok experience & I would've bought from them again but I found a better deal elsewhere. Thanks anyway!

It gets super hot real fast and doesn't properly fit so it keeps connecting and disconnecting. Had to use charger form my old Samsung phone in order to charge my phone.
