My shipment arrived quickly after I ordered without any issues. The brown was actually way different in color than the photo shows, which surprised me. It didn't seem to be a difference in monitor display. However, it's a non-issue for me. I can dye it darker. I wouldn't return it after getting it for such a great price! It's comfortable to use. The shoulder pad takes care of the weight; the curved shape fits nicely. The remainder of the strap being thin actually allows more freedom of movement.
