    The item seemed to take a while to arrive. It was packaged well (air pillows) for shipping and had "fragile" tape on the box which was a nice measure to ensure for protection. To my surprise, the brim of the New Era 9Forty cap was a little on the flattened side, but I was able to give it the bend that it needed. As described, the cap was in new/good condition with tags.
