    Torque Solutions shift arm

    I had an add on shift plate before this and didn’t like it. I purchased the Torque Solutions arm to replace the Cobb shift plate and I am so glad I did. The TS shift arm is much smoother and does not bind the cable like the shift plate did. The TS arm is very well made and works great. I wish I would have purchased this one first. If you want to shorten your shift this is the way to go. This is a well made part for a great price. I would recommend this to everyone.

    Short, notchy goodness

    All around great product. Install is simple as can be. Removing the stock pin for the first time is a bit of a nuisance but with a little WD-40 and a 3lb hammer you'll get it moving no problem. I'm running the #2 setting on my 17 ST1 and cannot be much happier. It adds a fair amount of notchiness to the shifts. Some may want to add a weighted shift knob to remedy the minute amount of extra effort. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone with an ST looking to take care of the absolutely terrible shifting experience the factory gave us.

    2014 Focus ST Works Great!

    Placed the order and part shipped that day. Solid machined aluminum shifter arm. I have only had installed for ~10 days and noticed the improvement immediately. I have my Torque Solution short shift set to a 40% throw reduction and it works great. Installation took tops 30 minutes. The most difficult part of installation was removal of the air box. Installation of the short throw arm was a breeze. In comparison to other popular short throw shift arm offerings that are as much as $100, or more, the TS short shift arm is an exceptional value.

    Best purchase for a Focus ST

    1/3 of the price of a Ford Performance short shifter and in my opinion a far better result. Arm comes without instructions, so quick youtube tutorial helped with installation. Hardest part is to remove stock pin holding the factory arm. Took a bit of hammer time. The provided bolts are too small to secure the arm, it was wobbly for me after torquing the bolts to the point of breaking so I re-use the factory pin. Worked perfectly! I also went with 40% shorter throw (39% was not enough LOL). DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!
