Detail: I raised the initial issue with the seller, who was initially unresponsive, then promised to send a replacement. They did not do this though, and instead waited for the 30 day money back window to end and then tell me it's not their problem anymore.Reply from: namesets- Feedback replied by seller namesets.- Feedback replied by seller namesets.buyer was unhappy because he wanted to match a colour he already had from somewhere else. buyer was advised he could return or have a replacement sent but replacement would be same colour as previously sent. buyer became aggressive and threatening. buyer did not want to return item or have a replacement but wanted a refund and to keep the item. I advised this wasn't an option. never heard from buyer again until this feedback.
