    learned many things about health and weight loss. great value too

    many of the books repeated similar information but learned a great deal from reading them all. ended up having my hormones tested and they were off as I suspected. am in the process of balancing them and feel much better. so thankful I read these. I highly recommend. somercize really does work. I am 60 so can say it from experience. :)

    Suzanne Somers, Slim and sexy forever.

    I had always been interested in her diet books and tapes. I thought about buying them about 10 years ago. I was a mom raising a house full of kids So, I put it off untill now! I am so glad i bought this book. I have a new way of thinking ,eating and living... Thanks to EBay and Suzanne for making that posable.
