BEWARE THIS SELLER! Item not as described; wrong CPU + case damage not disclosed. I sent photos, requested partial refund to offset (not even half) the loss. Seller denied, falsely claimed photos were of another item, pre-emptively accusing me of return fraud. Then said I could return it… Had to just eat it. All returns cost buyers time/money, but bad sellers like this push the cost of errors or (intentional) oversights onto buyers, then can accuse buyers to weasel out of refunds. Shameful…

This is not true, I sent the laptop as the condition it was described, your images are from another laptop, also the picture taken only from the corners which is not clear to judge.
