Sprint SIM card worked as expected
Freedompop told me my Galaxy S4 phone had lost its connection because the SIM card went bad so I replaced the card and still had no connection. Eventually the 3G radio finished dying and the phone switched to full-time 4G and I was able too reactivate it using the new card. (I did not check if the old card still worked) so the card was perfect and the phone was not. There was a period of about a year when the 3G radio would receive but not transmit. The 3G signal (when it worked) was stronger - 1.8Mbps, 4G LTE 1.3MBps (my friend's S4 got 10MBps), so the phone kept trying too use it. I think I read about a clever way to turn off 3G and use 4G only (instead of vice versa) which I suggest people try before replacing their SIM card if they lose their connection. (The phone has ... Still have a small problem
After the Marshmallow update to my husbands Galaxy S5, the phone demanded a SIM card, even though our MVNO doesn't use them. He couldn't send texts or MMS, but he could receive them. However, with the card installed and activated (supposedly) by our carrier, the phone works again. The SIM looks to be in perfect condition, but the phone constantly has a notification that reads "SIM card invalid". I'm not sure its a problem with the card though. SIM card is only used for network - card info is required to properly connect to network, without which, you cannot access 4GLTE data, outgoing text messaging and MMS downloads & photos, ONLY slower 3G data and INCOMING text messages. It contains NO personal data like older SIM cards did! I purchased this SIM card to replace the one that had been stolen out of my phone and discarded in an attempt to eliminate personal data (did NOT work!) before my phone was recovered and returned to me; made purchase due to my Sprint network provider being out of stock, with new stock not due in for about 10 days, therefore needed it to cover my needs in the emergency. It did all that it was supposed to do, except phone claimed it to be an "INVALID SIM Card" - therefore had to go back to my provider ... SIM card is only used for network - card info is required to properly connect to network, without which, you cannot access 4GLTE data, outgoing text messaging and MMS downloads & photos, ONLY slower 3G data and INCOMING text messages. It contains NO personal data like older SIM cards did! I purchased this SIM card to replace the one that had been stolen out of my phone and discarded in an attempt to eliminate personal data (did NOT work!) before my phone was recovered and returned to me; made purchase due to my Sprint network provider being out of stock, with new stock not due in for about 10 days, therefore needed it to cover my needs in the emergency. It did all that it was supposed to do, except phone claimed it to be an "INVALID SIM Card" - therefore had to go back to my provider repair center later when they'd gotten a new supply in to get a "proper" SIM card. They wouldn't validate card, saying that it was keyed to a specific SPRINT provider and you'd need that info in order to validate it. BUT I am satisfied with purchasing this for about $10 + $4.95 (expedited S&H) = $14.95 as it covered my emergency situation.

I purchased this one to use with the iPhone 3GS I picked up at a local Value Village, which I wanted to use as a replacement for my original iPod Touch. Unfortunately, the phone required a SIM card to work, so being a FreedomPop customer already, I thought it was a good match. The good news: the phone accepted my new SIM card readily, and allowed me to load my iTunes content. The bad news: the software FreedomPop requires me to download and install doesn't run under iOS3.xxx ... but that's okay.
