Cute item ... it's a barbie type china knock off but very appealing. Was only shipped in a Flimsy Manila envelope, which my mailman threw in a snow bank close to the front door one extra step to put it on the porch... But the package was already crushed... all in all it was a pretty good deal for what I paid. think about in the future Putting these in a box for some protection. People do enjoy collecting the box also. My bad, for not looking at your feedback... I'm not the first complaint 4stars
