    The stand is of good quality in brand new condition. Consider it to be a good value. The appearance is just as advertised. Took a little figuring out how the stand works. Make sure to unlock the top of the stand so that the pedestal rod slides into the bell when you position the horn on the stand.

    Product was as expected. However, the packaging left a lot to be desired. The tape was falling off the box, so the outer box was half open when it arrived. Looks like UPS did a number on the box as well. One end of the product box was ripped open. Suggest more secure packing in future.

    Was not sure sbout height!

    When I opened the stand to use, it was too high for the trombone to set on, even with the supports adjusted out and the spring center did not extend to hold the trombone steady, so I cut 3 inches off the bottom wirh a jigsaw to lower the stand and I figured out the top portion was spring loaded. Great for the price, but not intuitive. Guess one needs to be smarter than the stand! Works great now, but not sure I needed to shorten it in the first place.

    Disappointed

    Item is too fragile. The wing nut knobs are already losing the threading, the leg extentions are very stiff and take some effort to spread out. The spring on the bell seat is too flimsy and not resistant enough. Just overall disappointed.
