They provide a due date, then the due date changes, then I was told to just wait. With Ebay having a 30 day refund policy waiting is not an option at some point. I have reached that point. Sad because I really wanted this cycling duck as a Nov bday gift and now for a FL cycling gold medalist at State competion. I have requested a refund.Follow-up from: s***u- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Update: The duck finally arrived about 25 days in. I have to say it is very cute. I couldn't be happier with the quality of this duck. The only negative is that the company does not use tracking per their claim. I now understand a little better as the item did not come from Germany, surprisingly the item cam directly from China as a drop ship I guess (?). With today's technology tracking is not hard to accomplish.
