Product Information

The Unit: The Complete Giftset is a 19-disc DVD set packed full with 3,041 minutes of action-drama scenes. The Unit stars Dennis Haysbert, Audrey Marie Anderson, Regina Taylor, Max Martini, Robert Patrick, and Michael Irby. Four seasons of the show are included in this 19-disc DVD set. The television show is based around a true depiction of the U.S. Army Special Operations Unit known as Delta Force. A fictional army base, Fort Griffith, is the setting for this series. In episode 103 of the series, a bank statement is revealed with an address showing Fort Griffith in Missouri, and it’s estimated to be a few miles outside of St. Louis. References to Greenwood, Missouri, are also made throughout the series. This action-drama includes several realizations that are intended to be purely fictional. In The Unit: The Complete Giftset, the wives of the soldiers are provided with minimal details regarding the missions to take place. Additionally, The Unit: The Complete Giftset includes all of the episodes ever shot in order of production.

    Bought but not watch yet

    Bought this set online here. Good deal. Just havent watched it yet. Came in more work than I would like on the case. But its all good. DVDs are still in great shape.

    One of the best shows I have ever watched - from the wife's perspective

    I hadn't watched the show while it was airing, but recently started watching reruns on the weekends and got hooked! This has been one of my best entertainment purchases EVER! I decided I wanted this as my Mother's Day present :) My husband and I aren't content watching just one - we end up watching three or four episodes at a time. We could both due without so much of the "wives storyline" but its worth enduring for the show :)The wives storyline also shows what the FAMILIES give up and sacrifice having their loved ones serving our country. So many of the episodes make you feel like you are watching a great action movie - and the good news is it can keep going, and going and going :)The acting is incredible and the intensity of it is just awesome!     One of two top action series!

    I do not have the discs yet for any of "The Unit" series but I have DVRd 50 of the 69 programs. Only thing that keeps it at 4 stars instead of 5 for me is the "housewifey" portions. Nice thing about DVRing is when you copy them, you can eliminate the commercials and the "housewifey at home" crap. As someone else mentioned, how this program ever got cancelled is beyond me. It may be a touch outdated but "The Unit" and "24" still rank at the top of my gotta watch programs. (24 I have all the sets). Jerry Jackson

    Bad packaging but worth, very worth watching. Thanks to all service persons

    The wrapping and the box are bad, really bad, as if they were not the original. The video quality is nonetheless excellent. The story must derive from Special Ops and/or Navy Seals. It's great to be aware that behind the actions, there is also personal and family life. The PTSD is briefly described but did not reflect the real truth and the horrific consequences it entail. I enjoy 99% of it. Not as great as 24hrs but deserve a place in my collections. Recommended.
