The yeast started out very fast fermentation after about 12 to 15 hours they tapered off and then stopped so they didn't even go for 24 hours but I can say if fermented so fast I probably got 10 to 12% alcohol within about an 18-hour period so it was very very fast fermentation but did not go quite the distance that they say it does. I'm not complaining it worked pretty good just not quite as good as most advertised.
