      although there was a wrong item sent (not the sellers fault, it was packed wrongly by the factory) they did provide me with a return label and a full refund. Will reccommend their reliability to anyone out there.       Good quality and value. The description was good and matched the appearance and it arrive in good condition. The only problem was that the "Click and Collect" location I chose was not up to the task with the result that I didn't get the item until almost a week after it arrived there - this was not the seller's fault and their communication with me was excellent which then helped me to eventually get the item from that place.
