The items are as described and shipped on time, 1 stars is for a lack of honesty and False Advertised Prices. The price for 2 listed was $8.53 each for total of $17.26 before State Sales Tax, I was charged $9.15 each for Total of $18.30, upon questioning the Seller Replied "Thank you for your great support.
