    Lazy start

    I have a pair of 550 7.3's that had all the symptoms of a bad IDM (white smoke hardly a fire on a few cylinders and multiple times glowing and finally resorting to plugging in the block heater) being skeptical I only ordered one and within the minute of replacing and firing up I had to order the second, no more plugging in the block heater when it's under 50 degrees, why I did not do this replacement sooner makes me kick myself for not taking the time.

    Replacement IDM

    I’m not sure if my IDM was in need of replacing but my truck was sure having trouble starting in cold weather. This has helped a lot with the cold starts in Montana. My truck was running really rough and it turned out to be a under the valve cover wire harness but this IDM has made a difference
