Probably longer, if truth be known. I am starting conversion finally. I desire multiple power supplies for multiple divisions. And don't like running switcher supplies at or near 100%. I much prefer factory made supplies over my home brew. They are more reliable and have a long term warranty.

I bought this unit solely to gain access to the Loconet. My purpose was to avail myself of the fast clock feature, so far that has not been successful. Digitrax is generally over rated and over priced, and this was no exception. Even the dang Power Supply is overpriced.
