    We do try very hard to get our records packaged safely and normally we receive excellent feedback from our buyers as our recent examples show. In this case transportation by air was involved and despite us putting in extra protection the package was damaged. We feel badly let down by the postal authorities who clearly did not take sufficient care with our package which was clearly marked as fragile.
