    Solid case but could use improvement

    Got this case to supplement a Defender series case as it is too big to fit in my car holders and I didn't want to buy new ones. It fits nicely and goes on/off easily. A couple of issues, however. First, when my wife dropped my phone in her office onto carpet, somehow the phone turned off. So the shock of that was not fully contained. I drop it all the time at work in the defender case w/o problems. Also, the surface is less grippy than the defender and it does slip from the hand more easily. I got this at a great price used, but would never pay full price for what is a pretty standard case in black.

    Not like larger one. No credit card pocket

    I was very dissapointed. I ordered commuter for my new phone. Got offered for a Samsung Jr and realized I have the j3. J4 otterbox commuter had the credit card holder in the case. So I ordered the j3 otterbox. No credit card holder. Thought it would be the exact same thing only smaller to fit my phone

    Sturdy and lightweight

    A great protective case. The sliding panel is a little hard to move at first, and note there is no screen protector included. Overall, I'm happy with it.

    Very useful. Great quality. Good price.

    I use the pocket to hold my door card that I must have at work. Fits perfectly. Would easily hold a driver's license, a credit card and some cash. Probably even a spare key. Adds just a little to the thickness, but it's worth it. The extra thickness even adds tot he durability.
