The shipment was right on. The appearance looks great. A little heavy but will do. Out the box, the ratchet would not turn on due to a faulty safety switch. The safety switch was stuck for a few days, then it loosened up and it doesn't serve it's purpose. The ratchet works if I hold it at a certain angle, otherwise it cut's off. But works.
