The footing can slip easily on floors, so it may be wise to have carpet or some type of gripping under them. One of the chairs has a little leg issue, so we are unable to use it unfortunately, but the others are working just fine. I'm not sure if the company could send another leg or chair, but either way Great product for the price. I would highly recommend them again.
