I wish you had contacted me to tell me! Most sellers use a 10mm clasp. My necklaces always have a 12mm clasp to be easier to handle. Anything bigger would weigh down the lace. Maybe you got a defective one? Feedback is not a Message to Seller. I didn't see this until much later!
