    Small jaws are a plus, small display, low cost and versatile.

    I bought this meter particularly because it has small jaws for measuring amperage. I have to work in many small control boxes and motor starters where space is very limited, and these jaws can fit in almost anywhere. The test leads are good quality, and are interchangeable with standard Fluke leads. The display has a good backlight, but the digits are a little small. the side information that relates to the current switched mode selected, AC, DC, auto, battery, etc are very small. I do not like the fact that DC measurements are the default setting. I mainly use AC measurements, and I do not like switching back and forth from DC to AC every time I turn the meter on, and also every time I switch from amps to volts.
