Wow I can't believe the results!
I started taking this for my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and I heard this could have a curative effect! WITHIN the FIRST week I saw results! The darkness around my underarms started clearing up and my skin looks brighter! I had to drastically cut back on my sugar but I don't get as lethargic as I used to when I have sweets. I don't know if this works for everyone but this has certainly been a miracle for me! Try it & see if it can work for your PCOS! Good product but made me very sleepy.
I think this is a good product. Unfortunately, it was making me VERY tired all the time. (I only took 500mg/day.) Tried taking it late in afternoon, which helped some, but it was still making me so tired that I had to stop taking it after about 3 weeks. So, I don't know if it would help what I actually was hoping it would and can't comment on that. One of the things that people who have insomnia like about it is that it helps you sleep, which was certainly true for me, but that wasn't my primary reason for trying it. Some people have claimed it helps them lose weight, but again, I had the opposite experience because it sapped my energy. Great for pcos and diabetics!
This always keeps my sugar in control!! When I'm not taking it I get that brown ring on my neck. After a week of taking this the brown ring goes away and I know my sugar and insulin is in control!!
