Save your life and buy a decent one, even a used!!! The unit I received came without a sensor, which led to automatic heating all the way up to 100C when you turn on the switch. So, please protect yourself and take your own risk if you decide to save some money and use this poor “product”.

I just ran it through the paces after receiving it. It heats up fast and stirs fine so far. Could use better directions. If you're seeking manual temperature control don't forget to read the directions and set the P value to 0. If you don't it will run according to the other waypoint settings in the "specifications adjustments" menu.

dangerous item
There is a significant safety concern. When I received the item, I noticed there are naked wire under the heating surface. Testing with a multimeter showed 120 volts between top and bottom of the surface. This is very risky although the top surface seems fine at this stage. But, I don't recommend to risk your life for anything. The communication with the sell was pleasant, but I decided to drop this item somewhere and pursue another with a better safety and possibly higher price.

Buy it if this is the type of appliance you are needing.
Works well. Slow to heat. Takes about an hour to get to 100C. Operator instruction difficult to comprehend, not written in normal English grammer. I really like it even with it's warts.
