    Like previous customers wrong item shipped.Accidental? More incompetence as repeated. Large laminated map ordered,wrong one (small) arrived by regular mail,poorly packaged in plastic bag,severely creased in half, unusable if wanted. Like others email was sent advising ‘error’ & correct order would follow. Right map arrived by courier properly packaged with minor creases. Despite requests for explanations my emails were dismissed as ‘error occurred’. Customer service appalling. Not recommended.

    US $10,923.64 Order number:02-14126-30210 No response to Multiple attempts requesting seller's promise to expedite delivery . Asking eBay to please get seller to respond to shipping status which is now not expedited at all. The item now appears out of stock online. Pease read the ebay message trace. Phone calls to Rockford maps generate only " I'll get back to you in a minute,day, end of week response" I am beginning to think seller does not have the spectrometer in their possession.
