Immediately after installation, a message displays that both the black/yellow and magenta/cyan printheads have a problem. Message immediately disappeared when I replaced this pair. I purchased other printheads from this seller and they worked fine, so this negative feedback is not for the product, it’s for lack of response from the seller after contacting them 3 times. Finally had to contact eBay who sent me a free return shipping label.

The item that I received was a cartridge wrapped in bubble wrap. I tried contacting the seller 3 times by email and have received NO response. I have no idea if this is a new ink cartridge or a previously used one. The item pictured in the listing and the text in the listing describes the cartridge as new and in the original packaging. I will not buy from this seller in the future.
