It arrived in perfect condition, just as described and as we had already experienced. It is attractive and soft and very cozy on the bed! I truly think it is a great value of loveliness for the cost. Thank you so much for providing such a nice item for us! Now I wish we had more beds! God bless you!!

Then they send a non-printable label: regardless of how you load the paper, the left side is missing. The Ebay agent tried to get the company to send a new label but they wouldn't. When she contacted the Returns department, they said it's Fedex's fault--which is isn't. And when I contacted the seller, they said that they produce another copy. What a rip-off!
