CSP sensor wasn't responsible for my P0341 diagnostic code problem in my 2003 Accord, stretched timing chain was. But I did try this sensor before replacing the chain and found that the car actually ran quite retarded and without any power at all. I'm sure the mismatched phase caused by the stretched chain was responsible, and not the new sensor. Still.. there is a question, and one should always buy genuine Honda one if one can be found.
