On the box it says, "The best exercise machine is the one you use." Sprint training is awesome and it can be done free. What you are buying with this is convenience and safety. You'll only ever have to buy one, because it is bulletproof. No special shoes, no gym membership (so no gas there and back), I take it everywhere I travel. (hill running in snow or rain sucks) This is a biased review because I am the inventors' son but every word is true and I use my machine religiously.
