It separates into two different parts. The handle can be, either, hand-cranked; or the hex connector can be pulled out of the handle and you can put it into a reversible drill and tightened with the chuck to remove them, even quicker. Just realize that the handle plugs into the hex rod on the turner. Look for the side of the handle that has the Hex-shaped hole and push it all-the-way in as it comes with the handle disassembled from the driver. At first, I was perplexed as the other end has a round hole, which in no way can plug into the hex-shaped rod. The hex-shaped hole is on the other end of the crank handle. Works fine after you've properly figured-out how the handle slides onto the turner.

works, but it's hard to get torque on the tuner bc the socket is too long. design flaw IMO

So much better than the usual winders. The longer shaft doesn't keep knocking the next tuner, or dropping the tuner knob itself. Can't believe I didn't get one years ago.
