if you want an excellent case, this is definitely NOT the one. Its made in china, has many minor flaws, but for my purposes (wanted a hard shelled case to protect my uke) it is FANTASTIC. in the past I have purchased others and had some problems (couldn't close it, stains, etc etc.) I have purchased MANY over the years and would highly recommend them if you want a decent cheap case. besides, if there is anything that is glaringly wrong with it? they take it back, no questions asked. and btw, all has passed the test of time (a couple years, but got my money's worth)if you want an excellent case, this is definitely NOT the one. I love it!
I think it's a great vintage looking case. I don't know why other companies don't make more gig bags and cases in tweed. You can find arch-top cases, but some of us flat top folks like tweed too. Everything works like it's supposed to and looks cool. My Kala uke with a slotted headstock fits fine.

Very Nice Case
Got tired of flimsy gig bags and wanted a more sturdy case. This fits the bill quite nicely. My Oscar Schmidt OU6W fits although its a bit looser than I had hoped for. Overall very happy and would recommend this case. Purchased through Butler Music and they are awesome.
