I've bought this remote to go with my Sony STR-K502 receiver, and it works great! The remote is ergonomically friendly and easy to hold in your hand, and has a TON of buttons you can use to tweak the sound to your liking. This remote is pretty much necessary for sound tuners because it has buttons that the receiver doesn't. Also, it's better than getting up and operating the receiver manually when you can do it from across the room. What else can I say? It's a remote and it works.
