Item was defective and refund or replacement was requested. After a few days the seller finally gave me a refund. It shouldn t take so much effort and argument and blame shifting to be compensated for a defective product. I m changing my original feedback to reflect that I was given a refund.

I had the intention of changing the negative feedback I left for the seller IF they had refunded the $ due to defect in the item, but they are giving me the run-around claiming it's my phone model. I have had a screen protector on my phone for over 2 years with no issues. The fingerprint does not work on this screen protector. I have sent photos to show the issue. Now they want a video. They have way too many excuses on their negative feedback. No accountability.
