the part was assembled from the seller wrong. We had to split the motor from the transmission 3 times it takes about 4 hours to split and reassemble each time. after we had done this twice week discovered the issue. the pressure plate had to been assembled wrong. The seller said it was any easy fix. i refused to try and sent the item to a machine shop to correct it. I was told it was cost aproximately 200 to correct this. dont buy from this seller

We explained to the customer that while unfortunate, the fix was simple, 3 bolts removed, flip the PTO disk, and put 3 bolts back in. We even offered to pay the $200.00 the machine shop wanted, just needed a copy of invoice. Customer has gone silent, not provided anything, other than this feedback. Not sure how to rectify the problem if the customer won't reply to reasonable messages.
