Shipping needs improvement. The disk drive I received came with a broken alignment tab so I had to super glue it back on. The mounting screw tab was also broken off. I found the broken tab bouncing around in the box it came in. I had to super glue that back on as well. Luckily it will sit in one spot and not move, otherwise I'd have returned it as broken. One of the alignment tabs did not fit in the spot where it was supposed to go so I had to shave some of the tab off. Disk drive seems to work.
