They simply never shipped the order and when attempting to chat they answered with statements not answering or related to my question asked.     Grill looked great. Only problem was it was the wrong item that was sent to me. They told me if I would just hang onto it they would send me the correct item and make it right. However, it has been over a month and a half now almost And almost $300 gone because I never received what I originally ordered. I did not want to leave negative feedback on them, but they have stopped responding to my messages and I have yet to make it right.
