Item location was supposed to be Utah. It took 3 days to create a label and 3 more days to ship from Florida. 4 more days of waiting to receive it. Upon receit I discovered not the nicely refurbished new plastic wrapped units displayed on the photo but a bunch of visibly old sets with aged yellow plastic and scratched beat up handsets.Looks like the seller didn't have the item in stock and got a third party to send their phones as replacement.Disappointed. Would not recommend or buy again

I was nervous at first as this was my first time buying something from ebay. The processing time took longer than I had anticipated but I had no room to complain as I didnt pay for the item for a few days after I won the bid (was waiting for payday). But, as soon as my order was shipped it came within a week. The packaging was great and the product was very clean and didnt even look used. Very pleased and so happy to have gotten it for such a great price!
