Great but not plug and play.
This is a good quality laser and works just fine.But you will have to know how to de solder it before it will work.It has a small solder point that connects 3 points.You will need a solder iron to de solder this point.I used a small solder gun and have never de soldered a laser before . it was very simple watch YouTube.

It's a great replacement I put it on xbox work great . Good product. No problem. Been working well with the replacement . Works like new . 👍thanks for the product. Highly recommend I had no problem with it . Looks the same as the old . Everything is basically the same. This is the place to go for the xbox lazer replacement . Does not read music CDs
Laser lens performs beautifully in recognizing and reading DVD movies and game discs, albeit I discovered that it does not read music CDs. Otherwise, outstanding product!
