Since the 1980's, Sega has came up with alot of new ideas in an attempt to dethrone the Video Game gaint Nintendo. The sport pad was one of these ideas. It failed because to my knowledge there are only two games made specially for this controller. The two games are Sport Pad Football and Great Ice Hockey. The Sport Pad Football game could of been a good game, but instead Sega Decided to make a copy of Great Football. The only diffence is on the title screen. Instead of the screen showing the title "Great Football" it on saids, "Sport Pad Football." Oh yeah, you need the sport pad controller to play this slightly below average game. Sega is known for making games that are identical and titling them with different names. When they do that it is usually overseas. The US version will be titled something different then their oversea counterparts. Examples, Rambo = Secret Mission, James Buster Douglas knockout Boxing = Heavyweight Champs Reggie Jackson Baseball = American Baseball and Walter Payton Football = American Football. Even the Brazilian market made identical games but changed the characters in the game. The Wonderboy series were changes to a character called Monica. If you are collecting Sega Master System games, you will shell out about $10-$20 dollars for this game, because it is not to easy to come by. If just want to play games, just buy Great Football and use the Sport Pad. Thanks, Master Mark S. KanaarRead full review
