Fortunately, despite my initial fears, all the expected contents were intact. Phew! I’m looking forward to restoring my Yamaha YST-SW100 to its former glory, working slowly and carefully so as to get it right first time. It can’t be too hard based on the video!

I watched youtube from Simply Speakers and it was a benefit, however the configuration between the Cerwin Yega demonstrated and my Yamaha JA1815 speaker was very different regarding attach points and gasket design and removal. I did have the opportunity to contact Sean at SS on my questionable concerns. I was learning from mistakes from one speaker to get better results on the other. Bottom line; the subwoofer sounds very good!
