These adjustable yoyo hangers are on the cheaper side compared to others especially the all plastic design aside from carabiner clips which were very cheap. It's the plastic pulley system that was most disappointing. It always seems to catch the rope so if you are looking for smooth action these are not what you want. All things consider although they were cheaply made they were also very cheap to buy and they will do the job and that's good enough for me this time

Customer service is excellent, my item was delivered to the wrong house, I was expecting a scam when I got a notification that the item had been delivered but wasn't here.
