    Draver memory Saver

    I bought this so I could change the battery on my sons Honda Jazz and didn't know if he had a radio code for it. I wasn't I hoped taking any chances. To be honest I plugged it in and with my jump leads to extend the fairly short leads supplied with the memory saver coupled it up to my car's battery. I undid his terminals and had a peek and his radio was still playing, fitted the new battery and disconnected the memory saver. The radio was still playing. I know the radio will lose settings on a Jazz and lock unless you have the radio code. some dealers will charge you to get the code. Si I have this memory saver for life for about £15 so will always be a useful backup for me. The plug is positive terminal in the pointy end and negative on the outside contacts. I am glad I bought it.

    Provides peace of mind whilst changing a battery

    This product does exactly what it claims to do, provided that you ensure that the socket it is plugged into is live. With most cars this entails turning the ignition key to the first ‘accessory’ position.
