      The seller was not responsive and did not reply to my message sent regarding the item. The item was not listed as described. It was listed as "good pre owned condition," but the leather is rock-hard and has no flexibility, which is not "good condition." The interior of the boot is misshaped. Shipping cost was high, which I knew ahead of time, but it included a tracking number that was helpful. Item was packaged well.
